REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications & Skills
- Working toward a related degree such as Construction Management, Engineering, Agricultural Field of Study, etc.
- Upperclassmen preferred, but not required
- Problem Solving & Critical Thinking Skills
- Interpersonal Skills
- Task & Time Management Skills
Necessary Attributes

- Ability to consistently analyze & disseminate incomplete data & ambiguity & provide solutions

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time
- Talk or listen
- Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception & the ability to adjust focus
- Spend time on the physical jobsite, in a construction trailer while exposed to high/cold temperatures, & loud noises
Responsibilities
- Become a member of a design-build project team
- Assist with procurement of materials & subcontractors
- Write purchase orders & contracts
- Visit jobsites & experience hands-on learning
- Assist with various projects from preconstruction through execution
- Gain exposure to various job opportunities from drafting through project management
